Nick Jonas wants everybody's help to complete his holiday wish. He wants to sell 50,000 dog tags by the end of 2010 for diabetes awareness. The dog tag is something that Nick designed for anyone who wants to show their support. If you have diabetes, the dog tag comes with a medical alert. Remember, you do not have to have the disease to get one!
